Marina Visic (b.1987) lives and works in Leiden, The Netherlands. She completed her MFA at the Slade School of Fine Art, UCL in 2016 where she was awarded the Jeanne Szego Prize for inventive use of colour. She had solo exhibitions at Kers Gallery, Amsterdam (2016) and the Noordbrabants Museum, ’s-Hertogenbosch (2013). Marina has been in group shows in London and Tokyo and her work is held in a number of private collections. In 2018 she was selected for the Mondriaan residency at Arts Initiative Tokyo.
Her work has been featured and written about in Vice, NRC, i-D Magazine, Artslant, Volkskrant, Elsevier, Tableau Magazine, Trendbeheer, Gallerease, Artlyst, Eigen Huis & Interieur, Brabants Dagblad and Kunstbeeld.
